We designed this portal for a very good friend. We really liked this project because we were given the freedom to move as we wished. So we decided not to adopt a strict framework that a political economy page would likely require. For the logo we designed a basic modern sans serif font “playing” with black and bright red, the same colors that we chose from the beginning for the portal as well. Then, adopting bold elements and wide openings, we added a dreamier urban character to the page with trees and birds hugging the articles and texts, making this portal stand out. In the end, the result vindicated us.
